Our story began a few years ago as an informal arrangement between two highly successful and motivated women. Gloria Mayfield Banks and Angie Onianwa were traveling the country speaking on a variety of business and personal growth topics. Time after time, the audience would "connect"  with the message and walk away from the event with the tools they needed to begin the journey of change. Recognizing the need to "grow" people to a higher level, the ladies found themselves assembling speakers and teams of professionals to create and host a vast array of special events.
